Instagram is a sneaker heaven. I can spend hours on there, moving from account to account, finding hot images, sneakers I had forgotten about, new looks at upcoming releases that make me fall in love, old images of past shoes that have me falling in love all over again. On the ‘gram, you’ll find everyone from Allyson Felix to Serena Williams stunting, but you’ll also see regular sneakerheads turn into celebrities almost overnight. I’ve spent much of this past summer talking to them, trying to figure out the keys to their success. For @lovetasha, it’s about getting to know her followers and developing relationships at sneaker conventions. For @jonallon80, it’s about taking the time to craft the perfect picture. And for @theinfader, it’s about showing something no one has seen before.

We all have different strategies when it comes to the ‘gram. Some folks like to be goofy. Others want to be professional. There are a lot of us that just like to entertain. But one thing we all have in common? Showing out. If you’re a sneakerhead, the best way to do that is to use the #MyGameMondays hashtag. The Instagram feed for Champs Sports has been quenching that insatiable desire to stunt with their #MyGameMondays hashtag. Every week, they ask their 425,000-plus followers to tag their best sneaker photos, and the best ones get featured on ChampsSports.com as well as on all their social media channels. It’s a simple concept with an awesome conclusion; in the end, no one can resist the chance to compete with other sneakerheads.

Today, with this month winding down, we’re highlighting The 20 Best #MyGameMondays From September.
