Style trendsetters come in all forms. Athletes that go by single names all around the world. Online trendsetters and tastemakers with massive followings. You don’t have to come from money–but of course, that doesn’t hurt either–however, you have to have superior taste levels. Trendsetters can turn nothing into something and make it look good. Whether it’s the way they rock their shoes or how they put their clothes together, a sharp eye and a little bit of confidence goes a long way. And people will notice.

The list runs the gamut that includes music producers-turned-style icons to regular dudes who just happen to be big Jordan collectors. One common theme you’ll observe is that they all have a daily uniform down pat, from skater looks to a mix of high/low fashions. Put these individuals in a crowd and they’ll stick out like a sore thumb (in a good way). That attention to detail and that singular “look” is important to any brand, let alone a single person looking to make a name for themselves on IG.

Anyone can label themselves as being a style trendsetter, but when poring through their feed, you’ll notice that they’ll look the same as everyone. The title is earned more than anything, and the individuals on this list have definitely earned that right.

If you need a fresh set of inspiring sportswear enthusiasts to clog your feed with daily eye candy, check out the 25 Style Trendsetters You Should Be Following on Instagram.
