From British Columbia to Los Angeles to Vancouver to Seattle to everywhere in-between, soccer player Sydney Leroux has always been a beast. She was a boss at UCLA, starting 18 games as a baby freshman. She was the youngest player to ever play for the semi-professional Vancouver Whitecaps at just 15 years old. She even moved to the United States as a young teenager because she wanted to play for the country’s national squad, and so she worked and worked and worked, living with multiple host families while attending high school.
It all paid off in the end as she made the U.S. Women’s National Team for the 2012 Olympics in London. It was there that, as the youngest player, she scored a goal against New Zealand, playing a major role as the team went on to win the gold medal.
All of that is great but in order to become follow-worthy on Instagram, you need a little more. It’s safe to say Leroux has it. Whether she’s out styling with her friends, giving us updates on her ridiculous photoshoots, or, and this is the best part, rocking some of the illest kicks you’ll ever see from a woman, the striker is just on another level compared to most of her peers.
Sydney Leroux is one of the best players on the U.S. Women’s National Soccer team. But that’s not why most love her. She is just killing it on Instagram in every way possible. In fact, she’s one of the best female athletes you can possible follow on the ‘gram. See here how Sydney Leroux Is Always on Point.
