When it comes to the sneaker industry in 2014, it’s hard to top the adidas Flux. A stripped-down silhouette that’s a direct descendent of the ZX8000, a shoe that released 25 years ago, the Flux not only acted as an answer to Nike‘s Roshe Run, it might’ve actually topped it. (That sounds crazy, considering the Roshe Run is already an all-time classic.) With dozens of different colorways and crazy palettes — remember the “Monochrome Diamond?” — the shoe never gets dull, which is super important considering most people wear these joints everywhere, every single day.
Today, the Flux is back again with a brand new look. These Prism/Galaxy/Woven makeups can be found now at Champs Sports and some are already calling them a must-cop for you holiday shoe shoppers out there. Featuring SoftCell heel tech, a Torsion system, and a split sole for better movement between the forefoot and heel, this silhouette is hot enough to actually survive the winter and look good doing it, too. With that Woven upper, you already know this shoe will be super comfortable, whether you wear socks or not. But when you add in the galaxy theme, it’s hard to deny this shoe as a show-stopper. Kanye West rocks it. That’s pretty much all you need to know.
On top of your game this season? You better be, and your rotation better include more than just Jordans and old school Nike basketball kicks. That’s because New adidas Flux Colorways Are Changing the Game.
