    Michael B. Jordan

Jordan first showed his acting chops and massive potential as a teenager when he played Wallace in Season One of the The Wire. Since then, the Jersey native has acted in indie films such as Fruitvale Station and summer blockbusters like The Avengers. His starring role in 2015’s blockbuster hit Creed will likely lead to him becoming one of the more in-demand leading men in Hollywood. Whether it’s purely coincidental or not, Jordan is often seen in the sneakers bearing his namesake. Spotted in “3Lab5” Vs, the “Infrared23” VI’s, Jordan I, and Air Max 95s, Jordan has admitted in the past to owning upwards of 100 pairs.

    Jerry Seinfeld

The OG celebrity sneakerhead, Seinfeld was copping and collecting kicks before it became a cool thing to do. During the height of his television career on the smash hit Seinfeld, Jerry brought the day’s hottest sneakers into the living rooms of America. Whether he knew it or not, the comedian was an influencer and tastemaker thanks his steady rotation of Jordans, Air Trainers, and more.

His love of kicks hasn’t faded with age, either. On his popular web series Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, Jerry stepped into the Oval Office in a pair of Nike Shox before cracking jokes with President Obama. There’s a reason why Complex named Jerry the “most important celebrity in sneaker culture.”

    Mark Wahlberg

Wahlberg’s deep collection has been valued at $100,000 and features kicks that were gifted to him by Tinker Hatfield. He also has Entourage PEs, BBC Timbs, and pairs that were given to him by professional athletes. The actor has been spotted having lunch with Michael Jordan–likely to talk shop on sneakers–and when people talk about their “plug,” Wahlberg scoffs at the notion as he can go to MJ direct.

    Spike Lee

Spike’s relationship with sneakers goes back further than your father’s hairline. The director teamed up with Jordan back in the ‘90s and his role as Mars Blackmon in Jordan Brand commercials has been immortalized through sneakers, logos, and apparel. His film Do The Right Thing famously featured the Jordan IV and in 2006, the Spike Lee-influenced Spiz’ike model dropped. While sitting in his now famous courtside seats at the Garden, the notable Knicks fan has been seen wearing Foamposties, Air Force 1’s, LeBrons, and Air Maxes to go along with his questionable jersey decisions.

    Jason Sudeikis

Funny man Jason Sudeikis may have one of the deepest closets in Hollywood. Never seen in public without an Instagram-worthy pair, Sudeikis isn’t all that different from us. He frequents Flight Club when he’s in New York, scours eBay when he doesn’t want to hit his connect, and claims that his love for Jordan started at a young age when he got an original pair of Jordan I’s. The former SNL cast member doesn’t keep them all for himself, either.

“The ones that I already have or won’t really wear I gift to friends and family, or you sign a pair and give them to charity,” he told GQ. “So it works out for everyone.”

  • Chi McBride Air Jordan 4

    Chi McBride

Longtime actor Chi McBride often plays a well-dressed man when onscreen, but when he’s off-screen the actor relishes in his role as one of the premier sneakerheads in Hollywood. Any release that normal folk wait days for online, the Chicago native gets with ease. He recently showed just how much pull he has in the sneaker world when he came home from vacation to a one-of-one pair of Laser Jordan VIIs designed exclusively by his friend and Senior Director of Innovation at Nike Mark Smith.

  • Air Jordan 5 Will Smith

    Will Smith

Smith mostly sticks to high-end kicks these days but we’d be foolish not to include one of the first actors to embrace the sneaker culture. In his Fresh Prince days, the superstar had every Nike sneaker on shelves and added his own flair to them by doing little things to stand out, like removing the laces completely. Smith still busts out a pair of J’s every now and then to let us know he’s still a man of the people.

  • Zendaya sneakers

The 19-year-old former Disney star is now a budding superstar. Zendaya landed her own fashion shoe line last year thanks to her Red Carpet looks. But when she’s not turning heads at movie premieres, Zendaya flaunts a nice rotation of hard-to-cop kicks. Her collection includes the Bred XI, Diamond Supply SB Dunks, Jordan XIIIs, and Bugs Bunny VIIIs to name a few. Not even 20, the entertainer’s best sneaker days are still ahead of her.

  • Jerry Ferrara Air Jordan 3

    Jerry Ferrara

This should come as no surprise considering Ferrara regularly stunted his way through 96 episodes of the hit HBO series Entourage. In an era where the Uptowns had vaulted from street style to full-blown mass appeal, no one rocked more Air Force 1 Lows than Turtle.

  • Kylie Jenner Air Jordan 5 Supreme

    Kylie Jenner

Is she one of the biggest among this list? No. Is she someone who grew up rocking sneakers? Eh, I doubt it. Is she what most would call a “legit” sneakerhead? Probably not. But in part because of Kanye‘s impact, Kylie has quickly become someone to watch in street style. No one can question whether you’re relevant or not when you’re getting unreleased Yeezys before anyone else.

For as long as sneakers have been on shelves, professional athletes have been the driving force in marketing campaigns and as trendsetters. As the sneaker industry continues to explode, rappers have become major figures in the business and more and more MCs are getting endorsement deals. As the evolution of the tastemaker continues away from the playing field and into television and music, Hollywood is getting in on the act, too.

Instead of only capturing what actors and actresses are wearing on the red carpet, gossip mags and paparazzi are getting pics of celebs in their every day gear, from leaving the gym to hitting up Starbucks. The pics are proof that when big-time actors and actresses dress down, the rich and famous have similar taste to the everyday sneakerhead. I’m serious. Popular sneaker blogs aren’t only focusing on what ballplayers wear on game day; there are also posts dedicated to what popular, or rare, kicks a celeb might rock on a Tuesday afternoon, which in turn exposes the celeb to a whole new audience. (Just check out this year’s Golden Globes. Did you see what Jason Sudeikis was wearing with his suit? Yep, Concord Air Jordan XI Lows.)

Most celebs opt for high-end footwear instead of an Air Jordan but there is a population in the Hollywood Hills that flash a footwear collection that would make any regular sneaker buyer green with envy. Whether it’s through connections or the lavish lifestyle their careers afford, these celebs are always rocking heat.

While it would be easy to litter this list with artists like Bun B, Wale, and Fabolous–for some of the rap game’s biggest shoe heads, check this out–we tried to stick to Hollywood’s finest, actresses, actors, and the most famous people of Tinseltown.

Here is a list of Your Favorite Hollywood Celebrity Sneakerheads.
